What do I need to log in to Voila?
To log in to Voila via https://voila.direct2dll.com you will need:
- Voila credentials (your Voila username and password)
- Internet access
- Citrix Workspace App (if this is not installed you can download and install this app here)
- Mobile device which supports either Android or iOS

STEP 1: Set up Multi-Factor Authentication video tutorial
- Configure Multi-Factor Authentication to be done by using the Authenticator App from Microsoft for the best user experience
- Go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup and login with your UPN ([username]@delagelanden.com) and password
- Add an account to your mobile device by scanning the QR code
- Indicate your configuration preference on MFA setup page
STEP 2: install the Citrix Workspace App
- Install the latest Citrix Workspace App by installing it from the website
STEP 3: Logon to the Voila Website
- Open the Voila website and login with your user credentials (leave the PIN + tokencode field empty)
